Two stories from our own products. Client case studies are added only with the client's written consent.
Same visits, same staff, 139 fewer paid hours.
We took two weeks of a Swedish home care provider's real schedule, anonymised it, and let Orchestrate plan the same visits with the same staff. Breaks and double-staffed visits were kept.
The new plan needed 139 fewer paid hours over the two weeks, because staff spent less time waiting between visits. The share of paid time spent with clients rose from 68.1% to 76.2%.
The same engine, run on a month of a delivery company's own orders and vehicles, cut driving per delivery by 15% and second loads from 91 to 12, with no late deliveries.
Shadow tests: the new plans were compared with what was actually run, not driven.
How one founder runs six products.
Scheduled Outcomes is one person. The products are kept moving by a roster of specialised AI agents, each with one job: developer, tester, security reviewer, designer, researcher, copywriter and more.
Agent HQ is the mission control we built for them: one wall that shows what every agent is working on, on which machine, and what is waiting for a human decision. A task can be started from a phone and run on a laptop at home.
The rule is simple: agents prepare, test and draft; a person approves every release, every message to a customer and every change to live data. It is the same rule we apply to the automations we build for clients.
